A native of Annan and still a local resident, Graeme is an award-winning construction veteran with more than 40 years’ experience across the UK, Europe and the US. He has a long track record of providing strategic construction advice to some of the biggest brand names in the world.

Before founding GA Consultants in 2022, Graeme sat on the main board of an international, multibillion-pound construction and consultancy business, where he was responsible for the data centre, pharmaceutical and biotechnology business units. Over seven years he also built a consultancy’s Science & Technology sector into a significant standalone business across Europe.

Graeme is Chief Executive of CX Tech Ltd. and the visionary behind its plans for Chapelcross. He works personally and closely with clients through development, design strategy, procurement and construction delivery.

John is a Chartered Engineer and Member of the Institution of Civil Engineers with more than 50 years’ experience in engineering and construction, including extensive international contracting and management.

His experience spans nuclear, pharmaceutical, upstream and downstream oil and gas, petrochemical, civil infrastructure and marine facilities, working for owners, operators, contractors and consultants.

With a proven record on complex civil engineering and large-scale infrastructure, John brings rare technical, managerial and strategic depth to the team, and an ability to navigate challenges, foresee risks and deliver with precision, control and confidence.

Max left Annan Academy early to pursue an apprenticeship in instrumentation and control. He quickly built a reputation for technical expertise, reliability and proactive problem-solving, and became a key team member across energy, pharmaceutical, rail and data centre projects.

He has worked on large-scale projects and programmes from conception to handover, covering design coordination and compliance, site management, commissioning and stakeholder engagement.

As a Director at GA Consultants, Max leads with a commitment to technical excellence, operational efficiency and client-focused delivery, and is a trusted adviser to clients who need robust project oversight on mission-critical work.

Rodger is an award-winning programme director with a first-class record of leading multidisciplinary, collaborative teams on £1bn infrastructure and digital transformation projects.

With more than 20 years in a regulated, safety-critical industry, he brings strong negotiation, commercial and contracting skills, and extensive experience of working with ministers and senior civil servants and influencing stakeholders.

Rodger has directed integrated teams that developed and implemented an industry-recognised Portfolio Office for the £96bn Integrated Rail Plan, recently recognised as best practice by the transport minister.

Pam is a senior infrastructure and energy leader providing strategic oversight, governance and delivery assurance on complex, high-stakes programmes. Born and raised in Dumfries and Galloway, she combines strong regional roots with experience at an international energy company, supporting oil and gas and energy transition projects across a global portfolio.

With expertise spanning project management, construction, commissioning, and governance and compliance, Pam brings clarity, structure and confidence to challenging delivery environments, and has led multidisciplinary teams from early strategic definition through to handover.

A collaborative, results-driven leader with a strong safety culture, she supports robust decision-making and the successful delivery of complex capital programmes.

Gary began his career with an apprenticeship in electrical installation and systems, before building extensive experience across the construction industry and key government establishments on major London developments. He later moved into the pharmaceutical sector, working within energy management centres and progressing into key leadership roles through his technical expertise, reliability and proactive approach to problem-solving.

He has extensive experience delivering large-scale new-build and modernisation projects, from concept and design through to construction and handover, including programmes focused on improving the sustainability and efficiency of existing facilities. His experience also extends to Project Management Office (PMO) environments, where he has managed multiple projects, budgets, programmes and stakeholder relationships.

As Senior Project Manager at CX Technology, Gary focuses on the development and design of facilities and supporting infrastructure to meet clients’ operational requirements. His combination of technical knowledge, construction experience and project leadership brings a strong mission-critical focus to the role, making him a trusted adviser to both the CX Technology leadership team and its clients.

Dan is a registered Architect with a Master of Architecture from the University of Dundee and a Postgraduate Diploma in Professional Practice from the University of Westminster. He was recognised as a MIPIM Challenger in 2024.

As a Project Manager at GA Consultants, Dan draws on his architectural background to give a strategic overview of complex developments, engaging critically with design proposals while keeping the focus on programme, risk and stakeholder alignment.
